Brain cells can be damaged. When there is bleeding in the brain due to neurological disease or any other reason, the cells of the neuron are damaged.

When neuronal cells are destroyed due to disease of the external or nervous system, they usually cannot be replaced. As a result, long-term deficits remain in the brain. Patients with Parkinson’s disease often have cell transplants through surgery. But immunosuppression done at that time weakens the body’s immune system. Several researchers are doing research on this subject. In 2012, a team of researchers led by Prof. Benedikt Berninger succeeded in reprogramming brain muscle tissue cells into neuron cells. It is possible to activate neurons by affecting cells called pericarditis.

Pericarditis is a type of cell that plays a role in wound healing and blood-brain retention.

Perisite cells to neuron cells – During this transition, the perisite goes through an intermediate state. In this intermediate state, the research team has been able to influence the exchange of signals when they look exactly like stem cells.

There is another team of researchers, led by Professor Magdalena Gotz. He is working at the LMU Munich and Helmholtz Zentrum Munchen Biomedical center. The researchers claim that they have developed a new method and in 2002, in the first lab, they successfully observed the process of direct reprogramming from local brain cells to neuron cells.They show that in the traumatic brain cells of rats, glial cells are directly transformed in that process and different functions of neuron cells are performed. Together with Stefan Stricker and Wolfgang Wurst, they observed that Crisper / CAS-9 technology can be used to activate the cell’s mitochondrial protein in the very first step, when the astrocyte cell is in the neuron cell.Only one or more mitochondrial proteins are affected and four times as many mutated neurons are found. The research team is optimistic – they will discover something in the future that targets specific organelle cells that affect mutations by up to 70 percent.
