1. Lemon:

* Mix equal amount of lemon and honey together and apply on hands and feet. Leave it for 30 minutes and take a bath.

2. Tomato:

Protects skin from sun exposure and reduces cell death.

* Cut a piece of tomato and apply it on the affected area. After the juice dries, it is enough to wash it in cold water after a few minutes.

* Yogurt mixed with tomato juice in the ratio of 1: 2 can be used on hands and feet with a cotton cloth. Leave it on for 1 hour and then take a bath.

3. Papaya:

* Cut half amount of papaya and blend and mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey in it.

4. Rice:

* Dry rice powder should be mixed with milk to make a thick paste. If possible, it is better to take a small amount of raw turmeric powder.

* Apply this mixture on the area and clean it after 30 minutes.

* Hands and feet should be dipped in rice washing water for 10 minutes. Then you have to clean your hands and feet with soap in good water.

5. Orange peel:

Orange peel is usually eaten and peeled off, but this peel is very beneficial for the skin. Increases radiance and helps in softening the skin.

* Dry orange peel powder should be mixed with 2 teaspoons of this powder and enough yoghurt to make a thick mixture and apply it on the dull skin. After 20 minutes, the place should be massaged by turning around. In this way, if you follow the rules 2 days a week, you can get quick benefits.

* Mix 2 teaspoons of orange peel powder, moderate rose water, 1 teaspoon of raw turmeric and some amount of honey together, but it works well .


6. Aloe vera or aloe vera:

Relieves skin fatigue and restores the original color.

* Take out the aloe vera juice and apply it on the feet and wash it off after 20 minutes.

* Mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel and a few drops of almond oil and apply on the affected area. Very quickly visible changes can be noticed.
